Your missions

• Ensure the preparation of dishes relating to traditional food, with a marked interest in specific nutrition (diets)
• Master and rigorously apply, on a daily basis, all HACCP standards
• Ensure the management and coordination of the work of kitchen assistants and kitchen employees
• Contribute to administrative activities related to the functioning of the kitchen
• Integrate within the institutional organization and respect its operating principles

Your profile

• CFC as a cook
• Experience in a hospital environment is an asset

Your skills

• Team spirit, with a willing and respectful attitude
• Professional, motivated and creative
• Ability to adapt quickly to the requirements of the institution, while working autonomously
• Versatility across all workstations in the kitchen
