Job Description

• Preparation of dishes according to menu plans in the cold kitchen, as well as desserts and breakfast, we cater to around 700 guests every lunch
• Preparation and coordination of in-house caterings
• Control of stock levels and goods deliveries
• Organization of workflows in the kitchen
• Mise en place and preparation for service
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Care of kitchen and equipment, cleaning according to cleaning plans
• Serving at the guest's table during lunch service

Desired Profile

• Completed vocational training as Koch EFZ
• Professional experience in the cold kitchen and pastry
• The debt enforcement register and criminal record must be clean. Essential for a permanent contract
• German language skills must be C 1 and English language skills B 1. The client places a lot of value on this
• Experience in communal gastronomy, as well as front-of-house interaction with guests, are important
• Teamwork and flexibility, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Good physical resilience
