We are looking for the Restaurant Al Covo

Pizzaiolo 80%

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 07.00-approx. 15.30
• 33.6 hours week
• Sat/Sun rest day
• 5 weeks vacation

Requirements:

• several years of experience as a Pizzaiolo
• experience with wood-fired oven
• compliance with hygiene regulations
• teamwork, punctuality, flexibility
• independence and reliability
• good German skills

Activities:
Managing the pizza station at a lunch buffet for approx. 250 people
During events, assignments in the evening and on weekends are also possible.
Possibly also assistance in the kitchen
