Tasks

Your main tasks include:

• Professional and expert guest care
• Co-responsibility for the smooth service flow in Palazzo Colombino
• Expert management of a station including payment processing
• Preparation of the required mise-en-place
• Compliance with hygiene and cleanliness guidelines

The shifts are from Tuesday to Saturday from 14.00 to approx. 24.00, on Sundays from 13.00 to approx. 23.00. There is also the possibility to work only in the evening (e.g. from 17.00).

Requirements

• Completed training in the restaurant sector
• Experience in the banquet sector or in à la carte service
• Business fluent German and English, any additional language is an advantage
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Warm, charming hosts, enthusiastic and motivated
• Resilient, flexible and a team player
• High commitment, initiative and reliability
