You are responsible and co-responsible for

• Competent and service-oriented customer and guest care
• Implementation of the specified concept of Christen Beck AG incl. operating regulations, hygiene regulations and instructions
• Cultivation of the corporate culture
• Constructive and positive cooperation/representation of the store management
• Implementation of sales activities
• Orders, warehousing, goods flow, cash reconciliation
• Support in the training of apprentices
