Tasks

• Courteous and competent support and advice for guests at the cash desk and the service station
• Serving of food and drinks incl. payment collection
• Active selling with upselling as well as recommendation of our specials
• Carrying out cash closures and daily reconciliations
• Advising guests on our offer as well as providing information on allergens
• Compliance with and implementation of all hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Requirements

• Several years of experience in service or in gastronomy
• Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented appearance
• Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
• Resilience and calmness even with a high volume of guests
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• German language skills at B1 level, other languages an advantage
