To strengthen a well-coordinated gastronomy team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Cook per immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

You will work in a versatile kitchen operation and prepare high-quality dishes for restaurant guests as well as for the catering sector. Together with your team, you will ensure a smooth workflow and high guest satisfaction.

• Professional preparation and cooking of lunch menus as well as à-la-carte dishes
• Independent work in all kitchen areas including Mise en Place
• Creative preparation of high-quality dishes for various catering and event offers
• Ensuring a smooth kitchen workflow within the team
• Consistent compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Provision and delivery of catering orders using a company vehicle
• Support with goods orders as well as incoming goods inspections
• Completion of administrative tasks such as order processing via email, billing, and documentation

Profile

• Completed training as Koch / Köchin EFZ as well as several years of professional experience
• Passion for fresh, high-quality cuisine
• Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality with an independent way of working
• Neat appearance and strong service orientation
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Impeccable reputation
• Driver's license category B
