Area of responsibility:

• Regular cleaning of silverware
• Daily cleaning of crockery and glassware
• Correct handling and care of the dishwashers
• Daily cleaning of the floors with the machine
• Daily cleaning of the staff canteen
• Daily removal of kitchen waste to the containers
• Daily cardboard disposal (folding the boxes)
• Daily old glass disposal
• Cleaning work (kitchen floor, drains, walls, ceilings, ventilation)
• Cleaning of kitchenware and casseroles
• Organising the kitchen laundry daily
• Set-up and dismantling of the buffet
• Various preparation tasks
• Processing deliveries
• Compliance with the HACCP hygiene concept
