Sous Chef - 100% - Health Sector

Your mission:

• Perform the production of hot and cold cuisine and the distribution of meals.
• Plan menus in connection with the chef.
• Replace the chef during their absences.
• Ensure inventories, bookkeeping, and invoice control.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction and the quality of the prepared dishes.
• Perform the monitoring of orders and merchandise stocks.
• Train and supervise the kitchen team.
• Respect food hygiene rules, in order not to endanger the health of staff and customers.

Your profile:

• You have experience in contract catering and traditional catering.
• You have very good interpersonal skills.
• You have team spirit, are motivated, and like challenges.
• You are proactive, precise, and have an excellent organizational capacity.
• Holder of a CFC in cooking or a title deemed equivalent.
