Tasks ##

You are the face of our hospitality and take on responsibility on board. In this versatile role, you carry SWISS into the world.

• Safety is your top priority. You implement our high safety standards consistently and responsibly in accordance with international specifications.
• You ensure a smooth start to every assignment through careful and independent flight preparation.
• With your service-oriented manner, you create an outstanding guest experience and contribute to a consistent SWISS experience.
• After comprehensive training, you provide first aid and act calmly even in challenging situations.
• You ensure a professional appearance even with irregular working hours and unplanned longer assignments.
• You actively contribute to changing crews, take responsibility, and strengthen the team with your personality and expertise.

Requirements ##

• work certificates/confirmations from the last 5 years
• If subject to compulsory service: service booklet

To work as a Cabin Crew Member, you should meet the following criteria:

• CH or EU / EFTA passport
• Minimum age: 18 years at the time of application receipt, no upper age limit
• Minimum height: 155 cm
• Arrival at Zürich airport possible within 75 minutes
• Good swimming skills
• Willingness to undergo vaccinations with vaccines approved in Switzerland (incl. COVID-19, yellow fever, etc.)
• Very good German and English skills, other languages an advantage
• Completed vocational training (EFZ) or higher school (e.g., Matura)
• Service-oriented, team player, reliable and conscientious
• Self-reflective and willingness to develop
• Flexible and adaptable, irregular working hours do not bother you
• Well-groomed appearance, tattoos generally allowed except on the face and ears
• If subject to compulsory service: completed basic military training
