• prepare and plate à la carte dishes with a focus on Italian cuisine
• preparation of components (sauces, entremetier, gardemanger)
• create Mise en Place for daily business and the changing weekly menu
• ensure compliance with all processes in the kitchen
• meet our high quality requirements
• comply with hygiene regulations according to the Food Act (kitchen and storage)

Profile

• No training necessary – experience counts
• Sound professional and product knowledge, ideally of Italian cuisine
• Independent, team-oriented and high resilience
• Clean way of working with readiness for flexible working hours
• Good German skills and/or Italian/English skills
