Operations Manager Campsite and Bathing Operations

Managing and leading the campsite and the bathing operations. Primarily responsible for the recruitment and leadership of the seasonal staff together with an administrative employee and the treasurer of the foundation.

Full-time annual position (possibly job sharing; management couple) with main employment during the season (March – October) with annual working hours.

We expect good basic training in the administrative and/or manual sector or alternatively a gastro training (deputizing for the restaurant management). Leadership experience is essential. The complexity of the task includes administrative and manual activities and requires a long-term commitment.

We expect a willingness to commit yourself to the entire facility along with the team. Customer friendliness and the ability to innovate are among your qualities. You are resilient to long and hectic workdays during the main season. You bring the required flexibility for the challenges of a weather-dependent seasonal operation, and remain customer-oriented and team-compatible even after long workdays in the summer heat.

The restaurant is managed by a restaurant management team directly subordinate to the foundation board. The restaurant management recruits the staff for the restaurant independently.
