Your mission :
Ensure the smooth running of the service (welcome, service, follow-up)
Guarantee professional and quality service to the client and ensure their satisfaction
Follow the instructions of the Maître d’hôtel and the standards of the company
Your Skills :
Solid knowledge of service rules and techniques
Setting of tables, dressing and clearing according to the instructions of the dining room manager
Place the client at the center of your mission
Knowledge and respect of hygiene and safety rules
Your qualities and prerequisites :
Irreproachable presentation
You are a graduate of a hotel school: CFC or BTS Hôtellerie- restauration an asset
Min 5 years of professional experience in a similar function
You know the challenges of high-end service
Available without time constraints
