• assuming responsibility for the respective Shift (opening or closing the store, distribution of activities within the team, determination of breaks)
• ensuring professional leadership for the baristas during your Shift
• being responsible for various administrative tasks such as issuing orders or checking incoming deliveries
• taking responsibility for correct cash accounting
• offering high-quality beverages and products to all customers while respecting all recipe, presentation, health, safety and cleanliness standards
• offering legendary service to all customers and establishing a connection with them from their first encounter
• meeting our customers with clear and pleasant communication and responding to their customer needs
• ensuring a clean and organized workplace and store
• being able to work flexibly and being ready to assume many different tasks in the store during each work shift
• helping to train new partners, positively recognizing their successes and offering empowering coaching

• have already worked in gastronomy and have already taken responsibilities for teams in your Shift
• act with integrity, honesty and loyalty to promote the culture and values of Starbucks
