• Production in kitchen and take away
• Management of fresh and frozen orders
• Management of losses and waste
• Support for their direct chef in the development of the menu and dishes offered
• Application of HACCP standards

What you bring

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialization: cook or equivalent
• Professional experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in catering
• Demonstrate good team spirit
• Ability to anticipate and manage events positively
• Demonstrate creativity and solution-oriented
• Good stress management
• French (B1)
• German (B1)
