Job description ###

-100% permanent position in a bistronomic establishment
-ensure the receipt of goods and stocks
-rotating work on hot and cold stations
-work in restaurant
-ensure the smooth running of the mise en place and service
-cooking of fresh and high-quality products
-total respect for the standards and requirements of the establishment
-knowledge and respect of HACCP standards
-split shifts from Monday to Friday (closed on weekends).

Profile ###

-culinary degree mandatory + minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
-excellent communicator and very good team spirit
-attention to detail
-love for one's profession and curiosity
