PUR Hurden is a unique hotel, seminar, and event location directly on Lake Zurich. Whether weddings, family celebrations, seminars, or exclusive corporate events – we create unforgettable experiences in a personal atmosphere.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, organized, and warm personality as an Event Coordinator.

Your tasks

• Advising and supporting our guests during the planning of weddings and private events
• Processing inquiries as well as creating offers, contracts, and schedules
• Conducting site tours and sales conversations
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating all event details
• On-site supervision of events as well as close cooperation with kitchen, service, housekeeping, and external partners
• Sporadic support of our Front Office in daily business
• Preparation of menus, place cards, and other printed materials for events

Your profile

• Completed training or professional experience in the hotel industry, event industry, or tourism
• Experience in event organization or sales is an advantage
• Strong hospitality personality with joy in interacting with people
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Organizational talent as well as a high sense of quality
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Good IT skills, ideally experience with Mews, Lightspeed, and the common Microsoft Office programs
• Flexibility as well as willingness to work evenings and weekends during events
