Pizza Maker - kitchen assistant

We are looking for a:

Pizza Maker and Kitchen Assistant (reported profession)

Main duties

• Preparation of pizza doughs
• Preparation and cooking of pizzas with electric oven
• Preparation of ingredients and organization of the work line
• Quality control of products and preparations
• Collaboration with the kitchen team and maintaining order and cleanliness of the workstation

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a pizza maker
• Good knowledge of dough preparation techniques
• Ability to use the electric oven
• Motivated person passionate about their work
• Ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of the Italian language

Employment details

• Place of work: Tenero
• Degree of employment: from 40% to 100% (hourly contract)
• Start of employment immediately for three months, with possibility of extension
• Working hours: shifts, including Sunday and holiday work
• Remuneration: according to CCNL of the hotel and catering sector
