We are looking for open and service-oriented personalities for the role of Guest Care, starting 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Reception and care of our guests
• Guest check-in at the reception with cloakroom service
• Operation of the cash counters
• Beverage service in the gaming area
• Technical support for slot machines

What you bring with you

• Flair or experience in the service sector (hotel industry, gastronomy, sales), basic commercial knowledge is an advantage
• Communicative, open and service-oriented manner
• Good German skills, French and English are an advantage
• Willingness to work evening, night and weekend shifts (shift operation)
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt enforcement register extract without entries)
• Well-groomed appearance
