Under the responsibility of the chef and the second in command, you will join the kitchen brigade to carry out the following tasks:

• Cleaning, peeling and cutting vegetables
• Making sandwiches and cold preparations
• Set-up and presentation of various salad buffets
• Participation in live cooking service, in front of your guests
• Cleaning of kitchen utensils, dishes and premises

Profile sought

In order to meet our client's expectations, your professional background presents the following characteristics:

• At least one year of experience in a kitchen assistant role
• Able to express yourself fluently in French and able to read
• Good notions of food hygiene
• Developed team spirit
• Basic culinary knowledge
