• Responsible for the professional care and reception of international guests, customers, suppliers and tradespeople
• Operating the telephone exchange and answering inquiries professionally
• Carrying out various cleanliness and availability checks
• Active management of the meeting rooms
• Mail and courier management
• Badge management
• Administration of office and shipping materials
• Various administrative activities
• Working hours: Mo - Fr

What you bring with you

• You have already worked for several years at a reception or in the hotel or catering industry
• Charming & well-groomed appearance
• You are extremely service- and customer-oriented
• High commitment, flexibility and the joy of working characterize you
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form are mandatory. French, Italian or Spanish skills are a great advantage
• You master the Microsoft Office suite and computer user skills
• If you enjoy teamwork, you fit perfectly with us
