In the city-renowned restaurant WEINBERG, traditional tavern character meets modern charm. Located five minutes' walk from the Aarau old town, our establishment is a meeting point for friends, families, the hungry, and connoisseurs.

Our restaurant offers 60 seats in the indoor area as well as another 60 seats on the terrace. A bowling alley and an Art Nouveau hall are also available for groups and events.

Your area of responsibility

• Professional care of our guests during lunch and dinner service
• Collaboration and assumption of responsibility during events and banquets
• Cash collection, daily responsibility including daily closing
• Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and quality regulations (HACCP)
• Preparatory work and maintenance of the guest area

Your requirement profile

• Completed training as Restaurant Specialist EFZ
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Sales talent and good wine knowledge
• Attentive and communicative personality
• Confident handling of IT and digital guest communication
• Wirtepatent (restaurant management license) is an advantage
