Tasks:

• prepare dishes and menus
• prepare the mise en place

Requirements:

• preferably with a Cook AFC diploma
• proven experience as a cook, gained in Switzerland
• serious, reliable, practical and professional person
• good attitude towards teamwork
• ability to organize the service independently
• good knowledge and respect for hygiene and sanitary regulations
• good knowledge of Italian
• availability to work in shifts
• availability to work on public holidays and weekends
• driving license cat.B
• having own car

Employment details:

• workplace Vira Gambarogno
• occupation 100% during the summer season and 50-70% during the winter season
• start of employment to be agreed, permanent
• salary remuneration according to CCNL
