The employer is looking for a:

Cook - Pizzaiolo (reported profession)

Tasks:

• basic cooking
• preparing pizza dough
• stretching and topping pizzas
• managing pizza baking
• taking care of counter cleanliness and the maintenance of the oven and kitchen utensils
• coordinating with kitchen and service staff
• keeping workstations and utensils clean

Requirements:

• proven experience in the sector, minimum three years
• person capable of performing both professions
• excellent knowledge of hygiene regulations
• flexibility in working days and hours; availability to work on multiple split shifts, on public holidays and on weekends
• autonomous and responsible
• Category B driving license
• having your own car

Employment details:

• workplace Camignolo
• employment from 50 - 80%
• employment from immediately, permanent contract
• shift work seven days a week during the usual hours in force in the sector, including public holidays
• wage according to the CCNL of the hotel and catering industry
