Profile sought:

Professional, rigorous and dynamic, you participate effectively in the smooth running of the kitchen and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules.

You will participate in the mise en place, the preparation and the sending of dishes, both at the hot station and the cold station. You must be able to integrate quickly within a brigade, to respect technical sheets as well as the food hygiene and safety standards in force.

You have at least three years of professional experience in a kitchen. A diploma or training in the field is a real asset. You perfectly master the French language and you distinguish yourself by your punctuality, your autonomy, your reactivity and your ability to adapt.

Good availability is indispensable in order to be able to respond to the needs of our client.
