Team Leader Housekeeping

Tasks – meaningful and with responsibility:

• Operative and technical leadership as well as support of the housekeeping team in close cooperation with the Head of Housekeeping
• Organization, coordination and monitoring of daily workflows in cleaning and laundry
• Creation and responsibility for duty and deployment planning
• Implementation and control of the specified hygiene, quality and safety standards
• Ensuring the professional and economical use of cleaning materials, equipment and textiles
• Introduction and instruction of new employees as well as support of apprentices
• Identifying potential for optimization and contributing suggestions for improvement in consultation with the Head of Housekeeping
• Active participation in daily operative business and promotion of cross-departmental cooperation

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Fachfrau / -mann Hotellerie-Hauswirtschaft EFZ or equivalent
• Initial leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility (including further training)
• Strong organizational skills as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Joy in instructing, motivating and supporting employees
• High quality, hygiene and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team, resilience and flexibility
• Appreciative, empathetic and friendly interaction with elderly people
