Banquet Porter (M/F/X) CDD

Reporting to the Banquets & Breakfast Manager, the essential responsibilities and functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Constantly providing professional, pleasant, and engaging service
• Carrying out the setup and breakdown of rooms following the Service Orders (OS)
• Reviewing the Service Orders (OS) on a daily basis
• Ensuring the good condition of the equipment in the rooms
• Responding to client requests
• Carefully executing the service tasks assigned to them
• Recognizing the group leader and guaranteeing them quality service
• Showing flexibility and cooperation in all circumstances, particularly if required to collaborate with another department on an occasional basis
• Committing to the quality of their service, their discretion, and their perfect honesty
• Having a professional attitude, being smiling, and maintaining calm at all times
• Respecting ergonomic work standards regarding health & safety, and hygiene and sanitary regulations
• Respecting the policies, procedures, and service standards of the department and the company

• Mastery of the French language
• Knowledge of the English language is an asset

VISA REQUIREMENTS

In order to be able to work in Switzerland, the candidate must possess a Swiss work permit or belong to a European EU - 17 or EU - 8 country.
