This Chef de cuisine position is intended for a professional capable of guaranteeing quality, organization and rigor on a daily basis. They will be a key player in team coordination and production. The establishment, which includes two points of sale, values teamwork, collaboration and culinary excellence. They manage a team of approximately ten employees in the kitchen with a volume of 200 menus per day. These meals are served on-site in two corporate restaurants located side by side. The Chef de cuisine plans and implements all production, and supervises the production of sandwiches, salad buffets and catering services. As the referent for hygiene, quality and maintenance, they also manage orders and inventories. The hours are from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 15:00 with some exceptional evening interventions.

Profile sought

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in collective catering AND high-end hospitality, with recognized and structured management. The chef de cuisine will propose the menus to be produced, manage the team on a daily basis and report to the sector manager. A global vision of the activity, sense of organization and collective spirit are essential. Autonomy and reliability are indispensable qualities for this position.
