To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Event Manager Event & VIP Catering starting

1 December 2026. In this role, you will operationally execute events & congresses and act as a host in the event & VIP area.

/YOUR TASKS

• Management, support and operational implementation of events & congresses
• Host in a defined VIP area on the occasion of the home games of BSC YB
• Pre- and post-processing of events and YB home games
• Leading and training the service employees
• Ensuring quality standards and optimization of department processes
• Responsible for the storage, order and cleanliness of the gastronomy furniture

/YOUR PROFILE

• You have a basic gastronomic training and specialist further training.
• You have already been able to gain initial leadership experience, enjoy working in event and sports gastronomy and can lead employees in a goal-oriented manner with your empathetic nature.
• You shine as a host with a strong sense of service and have a hands-on mentality.
• You convince through a confident, winning and customer-oriented appearance, possess sound gastronomic know-how and actively help to further develop the event organization.
• Additionally, you speak German well and are used to working on weekends or evenings.
