Gastronomy Staff Service (m/w)

We are a popular congress and event location in the Berner Oberland. In the historical as well as modern premises, events for up to 1500 people take place and are provided with delicacies from our own kitchen.
Our gastronomy team includes the departments Kitchen, Service, Cleaning and Decoration. We work hand in hand and support each other. For the 2026 season, we are looking for motivated employees on an hourly basis to support our service team at various events and who are also willing to help out in other departments.

Your tasks:

• Support at events, including preparation and setting tables, setting up the event area, cleaning work as well as comprehensive guest service during the banquets
• The assignments are on various days and at different times. Our working hours extend from Monday to Sunday, with the main assignment times lying from Wednesday to Saturday depending on the season
• As a member of a cross-departmental team, you are motivated to also take on tasks in other departments

Your profile:

• Completed training in service, gastronomy/hotellerie or professional experience in a similar area is an advantage, but career changers are also very welcome with us
• Good oral German skills
• Friendly interaction with guests and enjoyment of guest contact
• Open to tasks outside of your area
