Area of responsibility:

• Management of your own station
• Cash collection and billing
• Adherence to service standards, guidance and supervision of interns and apprentices
• Handling of complaints according to complaint policy
• Compliance with work processes according to the manual
• Mise en place work

Job requirements:
You have:

• a completed vocational training as a Restaurationsfachmann/-fachfrau EFZ
• several years of experience in upscale hospitality in the half-board sector as well as in the à la carte restaurant
• sound specialist knowledge
• a clean and thorough way of working and high quality standards for yourself
• a high degree of willingness to provide service
• organizational talent
• a well-groomed appearance and good manners
• fluent German skills, good to very good English and French skills
