CLEANING TEAM LEADER (80-100%)

YOUR TASKS

• Implementation of the current cleaning concept in the Alterszentrum Rubiswil
• Assistance with the cleaning of residents' rooms and ancillary rooms on the wards as well as public areas
• Execution and training of intermediate and deep cleanings
• Support in optimizing process workflows and services in cleaning
• Conducting training sessions to convey cleaning guidelines and techniques to the cleaning team as well as the involved areas
• Regular monitoring and ensuring of quality and hygiene regulations
• Onboarding of new employees in the area of cleaning
• Practical guidance of the apprentices in Hotellerie-Hauswirtschaft
• Administrative work in connection with the cleaning area

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as Fachfrau/-mann Hauswirtschaft
• Experience in the implementation and management of cleaning projects
• Sound knowledge in the cleaning of care facilities or similar social institutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to train, promote, and motivate employees
• Experience in leading employees and enjoyment in supporting and further developing a team professionally and personally
• Active exchange with interfaces of other areas
• Responsible and independent way of working
• Solution-oriented thinking and organizational action
