Job Description

• Preparation of various menus, assembly of the salad buffet and desserts
• Production for caterings and events (sandwiches, salads, warm and cold aperitifs etc.)
• You support all stations, are deployable everywhere, and help with serving directly at the front
• You deliver food to other businesses
• Quality control, cleaning work in the kitchen are part of the daily tasks

Desired Profile

• Training Progresso specialist area kitchen
• Experience in contract catering
• High standards for quality and service
• You should enjoy working at the front in guest contact
• Good communicator and team player
• Good oral German and English skills
• Resilient, independent, and flexible personality
• Friendly, professional, and confident appearance, assertive, motivated
• You enjoy working in a lively environment and enjoy dealing with people
