SPA Receptionist

The Gstaad Palace with 90 rooms and suites, 5 restaurants, 2 bars and a legendary nightclub is an internationally known 5-star luxury hotel. It is owned by the Scherz family and is one of the last traditionally family-run grand hotels - a landmark of Switzerland.

We are looking for, from approx. mid-December 2026 or by arrangement, a

SPA Receptionist
in a fixed-term employment relationship (winter season 2026/2027)

Your area of responsibility includes:

• You passionately fulfill the wishes of our international and demanding guests
• You are co-responsible for a smooth operation as well as the coordination of our SPA therapists
• You are responsible for advice, reservation and billing of the SPA treatments and the sale of our products

What characterizes you:

• You have completed professional training in the SPA sector, as well as several years of professional experience in a similar position in 5-star hospitality
• Are an alert, well-groomed person who loves contact with our guests
• You are flexible, resilient, conscientious, detail-oriented and guest-oriented
• Enjoy working in a team
• You have a well-groomed appearance, have perfect manners
• Have very good oral language skills in English, French and German, other languages are welcome
