Service Assistant - runner

For the restaurant Al Fienile we are looking for three:

Runner – Front of house staff
For the summer season 2027

Main duties:

• Transport of dishes and food from the kitchen to the dining room and vice versa.
• Preparation of the mise en place and clearing of tables.
• Support to the Chef de Rang during service.
• Collaboration with the front of house staff to ensure efficient and quality service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of some years in a similar role in the catering sector
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Dynamism, reliability and good organizational skills.
• Flexibility and availability to work in shifts, including Sundays and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of the Italian language.

Employment details:

• Seasonal employment with an hourly contract and a minimum guaranteed percentage of 80%
• Start April 2027 until September 2027
• Shift work, 7/7
• Salary according to CCNL Alberghiero/Ristorazione
