With around 220 employees, we run the innovative aging center „Im Brüel“ with 126 living and care places for people in their 3rd and 4th stage of life.
Our restaurant Harfe is open not only to the residents but also to guests from the surrounding area. In addition to the daily changing offers in the restaurant Harfe (52 seats), banquets and events are also regularly celebrated here.
Your main task
Operational and personnel leadership of the restaurant and dining room in the absence of the Head of Service
Support of the Head of Service in daily business and in shift planning
Care and service of our residents as well as guests
Ensuring a high service quality and compliance with hygiene regulations
Cooperation in internal and external events as well as banquets
Participation in operational goals, projects and organizational tasks
Your profile
Completed training in service or in gastronomy
Professional experience in service, leadership experience an advantage
Responsible, independent and reliable way of working
Joy in dealing with older people
Good IT skills, especially Windows and preferably PEP
Flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
