Requirements:

• at least 2 years of previous kitchen experience
• knowledge of basic preparations
• knowledge of various dough preparations
• knowledge of food cooking methodologies
• knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
• good communication skills in Italian
• team spirit
• ability to work with parsimony and respect for products and food
• punctuality, precision and reliability
• driving license cat.B
• owner of a car

Employment details:

• workplace Ascona
• hourly employment, 40% guaranteed occupation. Possibility of increase up to 60% during peak periods
• employment by prior agreement (winter 2026), fixed-term
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering sector
