Your tasks
You advise and serve our diverse clientele in a friendly and competent manner and sell our fine products in the café with enthusiasm.
You ensure that our products are presented attractively, freshly, and appealingly at all times.
You clear tables, clean them carefully, and thus contribute to a well-maintained and inviting atmosphere in our café.
You undertake general cleaning and washing-up tasks.
You are co-responsible for baking our products on-site, thereby making an important contribution to our freshness concept and supporting our front cooking in the preparation of warm meals.
You implement sales promotion measures and ensure an attractive, high-selling product presentation.
You work reliably with our digital cash register system and record orders as well as returns.
You carry out quality and hygiene controls according to our internal guidelines and ensure the high Bachmann standards.
You carry out various maintenance and management tasks, thereby contributing to a clean, inviting, and well-organized specialty store.
Your profile
You have completed training in retail (EBA/EFZ) or bring sound sales experience, ideally in the bakery-confectionery or food industry.
You advise and sell with joy and enthusiasm and create genuine shopping experiences.
Quality, freshness, and hygiene are a matter of course for you; you work carefully, responsibly, and with attention to detail.
You appear professional, friendly, and well-groomed and convince with good manners.
You communicate confidently in High German and understand our clientele also in Swiss German.
You remain calm even in lively moments, think ahead, pitch in, and are a reliable team player.
Structured, process-oriented working and handling modern cash register systems suit you.
You appreciate the variety of shift work and are ready to work in the early shift (07:00 to 16:00) or late shift (10:30 to 19:30) from Monday to Saturday as well as on Sundays (09:30 to 18:35). You can rely on fair and predictable duty rosters with us.
