Brunni-Bahnen Engelberg AG includes an aerial cableway, a chairlift, various ski lifts, a toboggan run, as well as numerous other leisure facilities that offer our guests unforgettable experiences amidst the impressive mountain world. With HEART and soul, we are hosts in the family restaurant OX 1000 m above sea level, in the mountain restaurant Ristis 1600 m above sea level and in the Brunnihütte 1800 m above sea level.

For the family restaurant OX, we are looking for the upcoming winter season

Assistant Cook m/f
90% to 100% from 1 December 2026 until the end of the season
Mid-March 2027

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assistance with daily mise en place
• Assistance in the preparation of à la carte dishes and daily menus
• Assistance with banquets and special occasions in the evening
• General cleaning work
• Compliance with prescribed hygiene regulations, cleanliness and order
