Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Preparation of various cold and warm menus taking into account the nutritional guidelines of the Kantonsspital St.Gallen
• Qualitatively and quantitatively flawless provision of daily meals for patients, employees, and guests
• Alternating area of activity in production, manufacturing, and plating patient menus at the food distribution belt
• Assisting in all processes of the kitchen operations

What you bring for this position ##

• Completed federal vocational training as a Dietitian Cook or Cook
• At least two years of relevant professional experience
• Interest in nutritional issues to ensure optimal nutrition for our patients
• Team-oriented, reliable, and resilient personality
• Ambition and interest to deepen / expand your specialist knowledge and bring in new ideas
