Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking to strengthen their teams during their various events and functions, a:

BANQUET & EVENT SERVICE WAITER / WAITRESS

Your mission

As part of occasional and regular needs during the week, you will intervene according to the events and functions organized by our client.

You will mainly be required to work on banquet services, cocktails, aperitifs and events, with continuous hours, mainly during the day.

Missions are offered according to the needs and the event calendar of the client, with the possibility of working several days a week.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure service during banquets, cocktails, aperitifs and functions
• Perform setup and clearing
• Welcome and serve clients with professionalism
• Ensure the smooth running of the service and the satisfaction of the guests
• Participate in the tidying up and putting in order of the spaces after the services
• Respect hygiene and safety rules and the standards of the establishment
• Collaborate effectively with the team in order to ensure smooth and high-quality service

Profile sought:

• You possess initial experience in service, ideally in banquets, events or catering
• You are dynamic, smiling and have an excellent presentation
• You are comfortable in contact with clients
• You are punctual, flexible and know how to adapt to different work environments
• You enjoy teamwork and have a sense of service
• You are available during the week, according to the needs and functions of the client
• You wish to perform occasional or regular missions in order to supplement your activity or your income
• You have availability and are looking for a flexible activity, which can allow you to work several days in the week depending on the events
• Good command of French is indispensable; knowledge of other languages is an asset
