Introduction

For a professional catering business with restaurant, seminar, and event operations, the management of a manageable kitchen is being filled.

The function combines regular daytime working hours with culinary creative freedom and operational leadership responsibility.

A present leadership personality is sought who combines fresh cuisine, clear processes, and reliable team leadership.

Tasks

• You lead the kitchen team professionally, personally, and organizationally and ensure clear processes in daily business
• You are responsible for daily fresh, varied, and qualitatively convincing catering for different guest groups
• You further develop the gastronomic offer and contribute your own ideas to menu planning
• You plan and realize banquets, apéros, grill events, and other occasions
• You actively work in the kitchen and ensure a constantly high quality in production and service
• You combine efficient kitchen organization with economic thinking and careful handling of food

Profile

• You have completed training as Koch / Köchin EFZ
• You have several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable kitchen function
• Ideally, you bring further training as Chefkoch / Chefköchin with eidgenössischem Fachausweis
• You lead clearly, respectfully, and bindingly and remain visible in daily operations
• You work resiliently, flexibly, and solution-oriented and commit yourself to common goals
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form
