Your tasks

• Organization: Support an efficient and smooth workflow of daily business - this includes room service, the dining room, as well as support during events
• Support: Ensure first-class guest service on the ward and ensure the highest quality standards in all areas
• Hotel concept: Ensure compliance with strict hygiene and quality standards and optimize work processes in close cooperation with the hotel management
• Contact person: Be available as an information point for patients as well as for other stakeholders

Your profile

• Education: Restaurationsfachfrau/-mann EFZ, Service Mitarbeitende EBA or comparable qualification
• Experience: In gastronomy and/or in a comparable function in hospitals or clinics
• Personality: You are service-oriented, enjoy working with elderly people, are resilient and a true team player
• Weekend and holiday shifts: You are flexible and ready to work on weekends and holidays
• Languages: German language skills at a very good level
• IT skills: Experience in handling computer programs such as Microsoft Office
