Tasks:
Support the bartenders in daily bar operations.
Preparation and serving of drinks and cocktails according to quality standards.
Professional care and advice for guests.
Ensuring a smooth workflow as well as compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
Contribution to a well-maintained and inviting bar ambiance.

Requirement profile:
Completed training in the hotel or gastronomy sector is an advantage.
Initial experience in the bar area and basic knowledge of mixology.
Interest in spirits; knowledge in the field of cigars is an advantage.
Good German and English skills; Italian is a plus.
Well-groomed appearance, service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with international guests.
