Your profile:

• Minimum five years of experience in high-end catering, * MANDATORY maître d'hôtel attire: black suit, black tie and white shirt, and black dress shoes, for service harmony, * Willing and motivated, * Available, * English indispensable, * Confirmed experience in the position and/or diploma in hospitality, * mobile and available. For the LAUSANNE sector,

we are looking for profiles for our partner companies who want to evolve in privileged settings.

In view of a new project we are looking for 2 chefs de rang on an extra basis to ensure occasional missions in establishments in the Montreux region.

These REGULAR MISSIONS can represent full-time throughout the year for the best profiles.
