CANV S.A., a leading company in the automotive sector in Switzerland, is looking for a receptionist and spare parts manager and deputy workshop manager (M/F). If you are passionate about customer service, organized, and have an affinity for the technical sector, this opportunity is made for you!

Responsibilities ###

• Welcome customers with professionalism and courtesy, in person and by telephone.
• Manage orders, stock, and the distribution of spare parts.
• Ensure coordination between the workshop and customers to guarantee a fluid service.
• Supervise workshop activities in the absence of the Workshop Manager.
• Maintain an organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with different departments to optimize internal processes.

Qualifications ###

• CFC in retail management (spare parts orientation) or CFC as an automobile maintenance mechanic with experience in stock management, or training deemed equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with rigor and organization.
• Knowledge of automotive spare parts, an asset.
• Proficiency in IT tools (ERP, management software, etc.).
• Good command of French, knowledge of German or Italian is a plus.
• Driver's license.
