About the position:
For our Thai restaurant Löwen in Nussbaumen, we are looking for a reliable and motivated person to support our small, family-like team.
Depending on experience and qualification, the position is intended either as service staff or as a Thai cook, or they may overlap.
The restaurant is poorly accessible by public transport, so the person should be from the nearby area or have a driver's license and vehicle.

Tasks Service Staff/Assistant Cook:
Preparation and prepping of vegetables and other ingredients
General mise-en-place work
Dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen area
Support with general tasks in the restaurant
Assistance in service on certain working days
Support of team colleagues depending on the workload

Requirements Service Staff/Assistant Cook:
Motivation and joy in working in gastronomy
Reliable and careful way of working
Willingness to help both in the kitchen and, if necessary, in service
Teamwork skills and flexibility
Resilience even during intensive working periods
Experience in gastronomy is an advantage, but not mandatory

Tasks Thai Cook:
Independent cooking at the wok
Preparation of traditional Thai dishes
Preparation of Lab and Yam
Preparation of various curries
Preparation and prepping of vegetables and other ingredients
Mise en place for kitchen operations
Ensuring a consistent quality of the dishes
Compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and order at the workplace
General kitchen work and dishwashing
Collaboration and mutual support within the kitchen team

Requirements Thai Cook:
Experience in Thai cuisine
Good knowledge in the preparation of authentic Thai dishes
Experience in handling the wok
Knowledge in the preparation of curries, Larb and Yam
Independent, clean, and reliable way of working
Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility

Workload and deployment times:
With corresponding experience, especially as a Thai cook, and depending on operational needs, there is the possibility to increase the workload.
