Receptionist

We are looking for a new team member at the reception as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your new position includes the following activities:
Looking after our guests from check-in to check-out
Processing room reservations with PROTEL software
Sale of hotel rooms via email or telephone
Sale of excursion tickets and other concierge services
Cash closing and daily closing

Your qualifications
Completed apprenticeship as Hotelkommunikationsfachfrau/-mann EFZ
Initial experience at the reception
German native language
Very good English and French skills, further languages an advantage
Enjoyment of the profession and people
Flexible and cheerful team player
