FIVE Zurich is looking for a committed, professional, and warm personality as a Spa Therapist who ensures the well-being of our guests with passion and expertise and offers them a unique spa experience.

Your tasks

• Professional performance of massages, body treatments, and other spa treatments
• Individual consultation of our guests and recommendation of suitable treatments and products
• Personal and attentive care of guests before, during, and after the treatment
• Ensuring a high quality and service standard for all treatments
• Competent sale and recommendation of cosmetic and wellness products
• Support of the spa team in daily operations and in the care of the spa area
• Compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Implementation of quality controls and ensuring a constantly well-maintained and inviting spa area
• Active participation in training and willingness to learn new treatment methods and products

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of massage, wellness, cosmetics, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or in a comparable position is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of various massage and treatment techniques
• Passion for wellness, health, and holistic well-being
• Strong guest and service orientation as well as enjoyment of personal care
• Empathy, discretion, and a professional appearance
• High level of initiative, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn new treatment methods and products
• Enjoyment of consultation and the active sale of spa and wellness products
• Very good German and English skills; other languages are an advantage
• Teamwork skills as well as respectful and appreciative interaction with guests and colleagues
