Service Assistant Taproom & Events (On-call work)

Bier Factory Rapperswil AG is an independent craft brewery with a taproom in Rapperswil-Jona. We have been brewing since 2000 and produce everything in one room. For busy taproom evenings, Saturday nights, private events and local festivals, we are building a small, reliable crew on call.

Area of responsibility

• Pouring and serving beers
• Looking after guests and ensuring a good atmosphere
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Assisting with the setup and dismantling of events and festivals
• General assistance in taproom operations

Requirement profile

• Enjoyment in interacting with people
• Reliability: you keep what you promise
• Readiness for evening and weekend shifts
• Good German skills, English is an advantage
• Residence and work permit in Switzerland
• Gastronomy experience is not necessary, we will train you

We offer

• On-call assignments based on your availability: you tell us when you can. Depending on the season and event calendar, these are individual evenings per week.
• Usual hourly wage in the Swiss hospitality industry plus a share of the tips
• Introduction to craft beer and to our brewery operations
• Small team, short distances

Start of position: by arrangement
Employment: permanent, on-call work at an hourly wage
